Job Description
We are currently seeking motivated Nurse Residents or Nurse Graduates to join our Emergency Room team at Sinai Hospital. This is a full-time position with day or night shifts available. As part of our Nurse Resident program, you will receive individualized orientations and internships in various specialties, providing you with a solid foundation to kickstart your nursing career.
Responsibilities
- Participate in classes and training sessions to enhance clinical skills.
- Receive support from a dedicated orientation team, including clinical coaches and leaders.
- Engage in life coaching sessions to ensure work-life balance and stress management.
- Progress through orientation and training programs based on specialty area and individual development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License and BLS Certification.
- Less than 1 year of professional experience.
