Job Description

We are looking for a motivated RN I - Nurse Resident/Nurse Graduate for our Emergency Room department at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position offers day or night shifts with flexible hours at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As part of our team, you will receive comprehensive support and training through our CARE BRAVELY Nurse Resident/New Grad Registered Nurse Program. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills and confidence while providing exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Participate in nurse orientation and internship programs.
• Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of educators and clinical coaches to enhance your skills.
• Obtain and maintain Maryland Registered Nurse License and American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or RN Diploma with relevant experience.
• Less than 1 year of experience is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing theory and practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
