Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory, quality, and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor the hourly team.
• Manage support functions such as payroll and scheduling.

• Assist the General Manager with employee relations.
• Establish and foster community relations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of senior management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Proficiency in training others on restaurant operations.
• Effective in driving hospitality and inspiring teams.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities.
