Job Description

We are looking for an Academic Instructor to join our team at Career Systems Development Corporation. As an instructor, you will lead academic classes, implement curriculum, and create a motivating learning environment for students. Your role will involve tracking student progress, maintaining discipline, and documenting student data to ensure student success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct academic classes and manage classroom activities.
• Help students achieve educational goals and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
• Integrate applied academic activities into the curriculum.
• Document student progress, attendance, and behavioral incidents.
• Collaborate with the team to meet department goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and teaching certification in the state.
• Experience in teaching, particularly with disadvantaged youth (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, and interact with students.
