Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Staff CMA or RMA to join our team at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic PA. As a Clinical Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients. You will be responsible for a variety of clinical and administrative tasks to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring a high level of customer service.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, providing support and care to patients.
• Maintain accurate documentation and electronic records in compliance with clinic policies.
• Ensure patient and staff safety following OSHA guidelines and universal precautions.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting, Surgical Tech, or Practical Nursing Program.
• Current Certification or Licensure with no restrictions.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
