Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join Grace Medical Center, a part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This part-time position involves a weekend commitment during the day shift from 5:00am to 1:30pm. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the Renal Dialysis Program, providing urgent and innovative care for end-stage renal disease patients. This role includes providing clinical direction to staff members and ensuring high-quality patient care in accordance with healthcare guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide competent and proficient care as a Registered Nurse.
- Care for a variety of complex patients and work towards improving patient outcomes.
- Offer clinical direction to staff members and supervise patient care.
Requirements
- Must have a current Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience, with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
