Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Tech to join our passionate team at OhioHealth. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a crucial role in assisting surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients. Your responsibilities will include preparing the operating room, delivering instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment throughout the surgery.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist school or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of surgical procedures and a keen ability to anticipate surgeon's needs.
- Competency in maintaining a sterile field and providing technical assistance during surgeries.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work Schedule
Day shift, 36 hours per week, in the Surgery Main department.
