Renal Registered Nurse - Grace Medical Center
We are seeking a competent and proficient Registered Nurse to join our Renal Dialysis Program at Grace Medical Center. Our team is dedicated to providing innovative and urgent treatment for end-stage renal disease patients in a warm and welcoming environment. As a Staff Nurse, you will deliver prompt, state-of-the-art care and clinical direction to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Care for a variety of complex patients, including acute dialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments.
- Provide clinical direction and supervision to staff members.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years clinical nursing experience with at least 12 months in med surge, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification; CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desired; willingness to supervise required.
