Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, located in Baltimore, MD. As a staff nurse in our Renal Dialysis Program, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care to end-stage renal disease patients. Our clinic offers innovative treatment options and operates Monday through Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Supervise and direct clinical staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare policies and regulatory standards.
- Promote professional growth and continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license (Compact Licensure accepted).
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, with specific experience in med surg, critical care, or emergency care.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.
