Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Renal Registered Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center, a renowned healthcare facility within LifeBridge Health. As a part-time Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in our Renal Dialysis Program, providing advanced and urgent care to end-stage renal disease patients. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality patient care, managing a shift of patients, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in caring for a diverse range of patients.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to staff members.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Active Maryland RN license, Compact Licensure accepted.
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- CNN or CDN certification preferred.
- Supervisory experience desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
