Production Worker

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Production Workers to join our team at ATI. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in our Washington Specialty Plate Facility, where we produce high-quality plate products for various end users. From operating equipment to supporting maintenance activities, you will be an essential part of our production process.

Essential Functions

• Operate small and large mobile equipment.
• Work with a team to produce world-class plate products.
• Assist in routine maintenance activities.

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of manufacturing, farming, military, or industrial experience.
• OR Vo-Tech Certificate or Associate Degree in relevant fields.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability and willingness to operate and maintain various units.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Strong reading, math, electrical, and mechanical skills.
