Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with quality standards and organization protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery, and maintaining clinical knowledge and skills for optimal patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
Unit Details
The Grace Medical Center Emergency Department is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and amenities, featuring private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized care for each patient.
