Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide compassionate care to patients, following the highest standards of practice and safety protocols. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a weekend commitment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in compliance with state regulations and organization guidelines.
- Assess and address the physical, emotional, and educational needs of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Preferred certification in Emergency Nursing.
