Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, offering day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise plans of care based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency to facilitate patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.

The Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is a state-of-the-art facility with private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and the latest CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
