We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to efficiently operate a store, manage staff, and ensure superior customer service. This role involves supervising daily store operations, implementing company strategies, optimizing product displays, conducting store meetings, and fostering a safe and organized environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated aptitude in budgeting, personnel management, and operational efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
