Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Machine Operator to join H & A Farms LLC. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and running the packing line daily, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining the required line speed. Your role will involve coordinating with packing line staff to maximize efficiency and monitor product quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate the packing line on a daily basis.
• Practice and promote proper policies and procedures.
• Maintain the required line speed for optimal performance.
• Coordinate packing line staff to enhance productivity.
• Monitor product quality to meet the required standards.
• Communicate effectively with packing line staff for product integrity.
• Collaborate with Packing Floor Supervisor for workflow efficiency.
• Work effectively in a group/team environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Machine Operator or similar role preferred.
• Understanding of packing line operations and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently to maintain line speed and product quality.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Attention to detail and adherence to policies and standards.
