Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team at TOYOTI1. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing reliability equipment to analyze and detect potential machine failures, reviewing and analyzing data to predict pending failure, and working with maintenance planners to schedule repairs efficiently. Your role will be crucial in minimizing downtime effectively and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize reliability equipment for analysis and detection of potential machine failures.
• Review and analyze data to predict pending failures.
• Work with maintenance planners to schedule repairs efficiently.
• Use infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for data collection.
• Identify and recommend immediate attention to equipment conditions.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5+ years of experience in reliability technology.
• Military experience is a plus.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis and willingness to obtain certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
