Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

TOYOTI1 is currently seeking a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in utilizing reliability equipment to detect potential machine failures, analyze data to predict pending issues, and work collaboratively with maintenance planners to schedule repairs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily predictive maintenance tasks using infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology.
• Analyze data and submit work orders for timely repairs and maintenance.
• Detect and address equipment issues to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Recommend equipment upgrades and participate in reliability meetings and initiatives.
• Stay current with predictive maintenance technology through job-related training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with root cause failure analysis and reliability technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Possession of Pdm certifications is a plus.
