2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift LPN - Shift Supervisor to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. As an LPN Shift Supervisor, you will oversee the medical care of our residents, supervise the med room operation, and coordinate care with external medical entities. This full-time position offers a competitive salary starting from $26 per hour, including a $3,500 new hire bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits from day one, retirement plan with employer match, generous paid time off, and educational reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing team in dispensing, monitoring, and evaluating efficacy of medications.
• Monitor and treat chronic and acute medical conditions within the scope of practice.
• Pass medications and supervise medication passes when needed.
• Provide training in residents' activities of daily living and self-care tasks.
• Coordinate infection control and quality assurance procedures.
• Act as a liaison with medical providers, guardians, and residents.
• Participate in the development of individual treatment plans.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Active State of Michigan Practical Nurse Licensure (LPN).
• Prior experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
