Water Research Facility Lead - Water/Wastewater Industry

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Water Research Facility Lead with expertise in the water and wastewater industry to join our team at Parkson Corp. As the lead, you will be responsible for conducting pilot performance testing of mechanical and process technologies at treatment plants across North America. Your role will involve setting up pilot units, optimizing systems, analyzing samples, conducting presentations, and providing training to plant operators. Additionally, you will work on data collection, process optimization, and laboratory tests. Your contribution will be crucial in developing and implementing solutions utilizing Parkson technologies to meet the needs of municipal and industrial customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Water Research Facility.
• Develop test protocols in collaboration with Product Managers and Regional Sales Managers.
• Coordinate pilot activities, conduct tours, and analyze performance data.
• Maintain laboratory equipment to meet quality standards.
• Support sales efforts and maximize pilot asset utilization.
• Drive a customer-focused culture and represent Parkson at industry events.
• Provide field support for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in water and wastewater treatment market preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of water chemistry and treatment processes.
• Hands-on experience in field service and pilot testing beneficial.
