Job Description: Traveling Landfill Construction Laborer
Morrow Renewables LLC is seeking a dedicated Traveling Landfill Construction Laborer to join our team. As an essential part of our operations, you will be responsible for operating equipment, assisting skilled workers, preparing sites, and ensuring safety practices at all times.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment.
- Assist equipment operators and fusion technicians as needed.
- Prepare construction sites and ensure cleanliness.
- Move materials, dig trenches, and compact earth.
- Follow supervisor instructions and engage in on-the-job training.
- Conduct equipment maintenance and perform site clean-up.
- Promote safety compliance and work in hazardous conditions.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Minimum age of 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to travel 100% of the time and work extended hours.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a background in construction are advantageous.
