We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with a range of customer service requests and financial transactions.
• Open new accounts for individuals and businesses, promoting additional banking products.
• Meet sales and referral goals by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, banking, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage: $16.00 - $18.00.
