Job Description

We are seeking a talented Pizza Cook to join our team at Kiwanda Hospitality Group. As a pizza maker, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas to meet customers' orders. The role includes tasks such as preparing pizza dough, cooking ingredients, monitoring oven temperatures, managing inventory, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness. We are looking for individuals with a Food Handler's Certificate, food preparation experience, knowledge of food safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings according to company recipes.
• Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times for perfect pizzas.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure utensils and equipment are sterilized before use.
• Plate or package pizzas accurately for delivery or dine-in customers.
• Process food orders promptly and efficiently.
• Dispose of expired or spoiled ingredients properly.
