Job Description
Dogwood Industries LLC is looking for a detailed-oriented and experienced General Foreman to join our manufacturing team in Sedro-Woolley, WA. As a General Foreman, you will be responsible for directing crew members in the fabrication process, ensuring production goals are met, and maintaining a quality end product.
Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the fabrication of metal assemblies in steel fabrication, flashing/sheet metal, and assembly departments.
- Establish and implement efficient processes, jigs, and tooling to improve productivity.
- Ensure adherence to quality control hold points and safety regulations.
- Review prints, collaborate with the team, and organize work areas to achieve production goals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Foreman in a fabrication operation.
- Proficiency in weld processes, reading shop drawings, and utilizing jigs and fixtures.
- Ability to lead crews, plan work sequences, and maintain a safe work environment.
- Fluency in English and computer skills are desirable.
Compensation
$40.00 - $50.00 hourly, based on experience and qualifications.
