Key Responsibilities

• Develop annual business goals to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
• Supervise inside sales, distribution, and personnel management for optimal store performance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and customer relations to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the compressed and medical gases industry.
• Proficiency in computer applications including FACTS and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lift 75 pounds.
• CDL driver's license with hazmat and tanker endorsements preferred.
