Job Description

Woodward Pizza Icehouse, located in the Ice House Project Development in Edmond, OK, is seeking dedicated Staff members to join our team in bringing genuine, authentic Detroit-style pizza to the Oklahoma City area. Our General Staff roles include positions such as Pizza Maker, Expo, Server, and Runners. As part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including food preparation, order taking, customer service, and maintaining a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Prepare and cook meats, poultry, vegetables, and other food items.
• Adhere to portion sizes, cooking methods, and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in work and service areas.
• Take food orders, process payments, and handle phone orders professionally.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Fill in where needed to support restaurant operations.
• Attend employee meetings and contribute to improvement suggestions.
• Report equipment and food quality issues to management.

Qualifications

• No previous restaurant experience required.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent grooming and hygiene habits.

Schedule

We offer flexible scheduling with at least one required weekend shift. Available shifts include Morning/Prep, Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts.

Hourly compensation with tip pool distribution.
