Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join the team at Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and a willingness to learn.

Hourly Rate
$24 - $28/hr
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Additional Compensation
$50.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement

Requirements
- 2 years of previous apartment maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of various maintenance tasks
- Pool maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of Landlord, Tenant, and Fair Housing Laws
