Job Description

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care, including nursing, clinical, personal, nutritional, and restorative care in skilled nursing operations and other designated areas within our community. This full-time position requires a VA CNA License due to state regulations and offers a $1.00 shift differential for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist a designated group of residents in alignment with the Sunrise Mission to Champion Quality of Life for All Seniors.
• Collaborate with licensed nursing staff to develop and execute individualized restorative therapy programs.
• Maintain Restorative Records for each guest/resident and manage adaptive equipment and medical tools.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA license in accordance with regulations.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous CNA experience preferred.
• Passion for serving and caring for seniors.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with effective communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and peak service delivery hours.
