We are looking for motivated RN New Grad Residency to join the team at HSHS St. John's Hospital. As an RN, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide holistic patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and support patients and their families. Summary

Under the guidance of an experienced RN, you will assist in promoting and maintaining patients' well-being through the nursing process. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the healthcare team, offering support to patients and families, and overseeing junior team members.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Healthcare or customer service experience is a plus.
• License pending in Illinois (must obtain within 45 days) or Temporary Permit in Wisconsin.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
