Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media Content Moderator to join our team at Teleperformance USA, based on-site at our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location. As a Social Media Content Moderator, you will be responsible for moderating user-generated content to ensure it aligns with community guidelines, providing a positive social experience for all users. Your role will involve reviewing, classifying, and eliminating sensitive content while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.


  • Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
  • Participate in regular training to stay updated on correct policies.
  • Classify and eliminate sensitive content according to client parameters.
  • Investigate and resolve complex content issues within designated timeframes.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information.
  • Stay informed about workflow changes, operational guidelines, and policy updates.


  • Experience navigating internet websites and social media platforms.
  • Strong spelling, grammar, and reading skills.
  • Emotional intelligence, resilience, and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to work varying shifts.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and multitasking.
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute and high school diploma or equivalent.
