First MainStreet Insurance, L.C. is looking for a Service Specialist to join our Operations Department. As a Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include developing strong client relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will work in a collaborative office environment where your contribution will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships.
• Communicate regularly with clients to address concerns and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure all deadlines are met for assigned tasks.
• Manage and report client information to minimize exposures.
• Monitor account satisfaction levels and take proactive measures for retention.
• Market new and renewal business in collaboration with team members.
• Manage all account work in the agency management system.
• Oversee office operations such as mail, phones, and supplies.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends and competitors.
• Use tools efficiently to manage assigned book of business.
• Maintain client and carrier information confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands

The Service Specialist role requires good verbal communication skills, long periods of sitting in front of a computer, operating a keyboard, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, and specific vision abilities.
