Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team at Modern Office Methods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with the ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and exceed sales targets. As a Sales Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in identifying client needs, offering solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target sales leads through planned activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Exceed assigned sales quotas.
  • Prospect clients through various channels and understand their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals.
  • Handle objections and close deals within the sales process.
  • Coordinate order process and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Participate in client reviews and address complaints when necessary.
  • Collaborate with service technicians and coordinators for excellent service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.
  • Goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
  • Prior experience in managing a book of business.

Additional Information

This position is exempt from overtime and operates on normal business hours, Monday to Friday. Regular travel to client locations is expected; therefore, a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.

Compensation: $36,000 - $75,000 per year
