Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN or LPN to provide one-on-one care for pediatric clients in Nooksack and Bellingham. Alliance Nursing specializes in offering private duty nursing to individuals with complex medical needs, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions. As a nurse with Alliance Nursing, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care using the nursing process, ensuring patient well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled care to pediatric patients, following nursing protocols and individual care plans.
• Conduct thorough assessments, monitor patient conditions, and respond promptly to any changes.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including patients and families, to deliver comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records as per professional nursing standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license with no restrictions.
• Ability to demonstrate strong nursing judgment and react effectively in critical situations.
