About the Job

We are currently seeking a Residential Floating Therapist to provide clinical services for our Fairview Firs SRTF residential program part-time and Zoom-based services statewide part-time. This role involves offering clinical services and supervision for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. Responsibilities include assisting with training, clinical oversight of Residential Associates, and liaison with other community providers. The position reports to the Clinical Manager for day-to-day supervision and to the Clinical Director for clinical standards and quality improvement.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full-Time, Day) with flexibility to meet clients and program needs.

Salary Range: $6,250 - $7,250 per month depending on experience and credentials. An additional 5% Language Differential is offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates, particularly with Spanish/English fluency.

Unlicensed therapists: $6,250 - $6,750 per month. Professional Oregon Mental Health License holders: $6,750 - $7,250 per month.

About the Program: Fairview Firs is a 4-bed licensed Secure Residential Treatment Facility catering to individuals with serious and persistent mental illness, including those with exceptional medical needs.

ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program and offers the option to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program.

Requirements

Qualified candidates must be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration, holding a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. Unlicensed therapists need to be actively pursuing licensure and meet QMHP requirements with TWO (2) YEARS of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.

If not yet registered as a QMHP through the Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO), assistance will be provided within 30 days of hire. Applicants must pass a DHS criminal background check. Physical requirements include various tasks involving sitting, talking, listening, lifting up to 30 pounds, and carrying out physical activities as necessary.
