Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at CareerStaff Unlimited in Monroe Township, NJ. As a Registered Nurse in a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility, you will play a crucial role in helping patients with complex medical conditions regain their quality of life. You will demonstrate excellence in patient care, maintain a caring environment, and work collaboratively with a clinical services team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations to promote a positive professional image.
• Work independently with attention to detail and possess knowledge of all aspects of daily operations.
• Maintain a high quality of nursing care for individuals with psychiatric and mental health illnesses.
• Deliver and evaluate all patient care provided.
• Take the lead role in case of medical or psychiatric emergencies and therapeutically intervene and de-escalate patients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of recent nursing experience required.
• BLS issued through American Heart Association.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• RN license in the state of practice or compact license.
• Healthcare training/experience preferred.
