RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

Alliance Nursing is seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide specialized 1:1 care for pediatric clients in Nooksack and Bellingham. As part of our team, you will deliver critical private duty nursing services to individuals with complex medical and developmental conditions, including those requiring mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process from assessment to documentation.
• Interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Demonstrate strong assessment skills and the ability to act swiftly in critical situations.
• Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Basic Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Washington State without restrictions.
• OR Current Multi-State License from a participating Compact State.
