Position Overview: The Replacement Sales Consultant at Pella is responsible for presenting the Pella Promise for a completely satisfying turn-key installation of replacement windows to homeowners. The role involves achieving individual sales goals through assertively presenting a compelling case for customers to choose Pella. The consultant must understand customer wants and needs and translate product offerings to match, striving for a first-time close and delivering effective follow-up. The role requires proactively seeking out new referrals through customer relationship networking to ensure a 100% Very Satisfied customer experience every time.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Achieve individual sales and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Effectively present Pella solutions to customers by executing the Pella Replacement Sales Process during in-home consultations.
  • Strive to close the sale during all customer interactions.
  • Ensure accurate quotes and orders following company sales processes.
  • Respond to customer concerns and engage sales support resources to achieve first-time resolution on all issues.
  • Maintain exceptional expertise on products/services relating to Pella's customers and the competitive landscape.
  • Conduct after-sale follow-up with customers and develop lead and referral generation.
  • Actively represent Pella at company-sponsored events, home shows, and product discussions/presentations.

Qualifications:
