Job Description

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time contract positions in York, PA, for Long-term Acute Care (LATC) patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide care for patients requiring extended hospital stays, demonstrating a strong focus on patient well-being, problem-solving skills, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage patient admissions and transfers.
• Perform systematic patient assessments.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient data.
• Interpret diagnostic data, including labs and telemetry.
• Promote continuous quality improvement in patient care.
• Respond to emergency situations following nursing standards and protocols.
• Advocate for patients, offering education and support to both patients and families.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service and public relations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
• Active RN license and degree from an accredited institution.
• Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD required.
• Verifiable work history and professional references.
