Responsibilities
- Receive and manage patient admissions/transfers.
- Perform systematic patient assessments.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Interpret and utilize diagnostic data effectively.
- Promote quality improvement initiatives.
- Respond to medical emergencies using established protocols.
- Provide patient education and support.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive professional image.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in LTC/SNF setting.
- Active FL RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, Physical, and TB/PPD tests.
- Verifiable work history and professional references.
