Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager specializing in Mechanical Services to join University Mechanical Contractors, Inc. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing the estimation, sales, and delivery process of HVAC and Plumbing projects. Your role will involve streamlining operations, enhancing communication, and ensuring project profitability.

General Position Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the team handling project estimation, proposals, sales goals, logistics, compliance, and project completion. Additionally, you will coordinate equipment purchases, permit processes, and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective customers and projects.
• Manage project estimation, proposals, and achieving margin targets.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment/material purchases.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage warranty processes.
• Supervise manpower scheduling and project acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and project coordination.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively.
• Sales and customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• 5-7 years of sales experience and 2-3 years of sales leadership experience.
