Production Planning & Control 2

Job Description

KSB GIW INC is seeking a qualified Production Planning & Control 2 to manage and expedite the flow of data and materials for assigned commodities. This role involves working closely with suppliers and supporting purchasing operations to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Review, plan, and manage several assigned materials using SAP.
• Coordinate purchase orders, manage acknowledgments, and monitor delivery status.
• Optimize MRP settings, exceptions, and Purchasing Demand Supply Plan to prevent late deliveries.
• Ensure supplier performance accuracy by managing delivery dates and inventory levels.
• Support the Engineering Change Management process as directed.
• Maintain purchasing department spreadsheets and serve as Material Master (MDM) Primary or Backup.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or equivalent education and experience.
• Five years of experience in Purchasing or related field.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems, with computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and a team player.
