Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Part-time Community Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of a manufactured housing community in Medford, Oregon. As a Community Manager at Commonwealth, you will play a crucial role in ensuring tenant compliance, collecting rents, enforcing rental agreements and rules, and maintaining the facility's grounds and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deposit space rents and additional fees promptly.
- Enforce rental agreements, facility rules, and regulations.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Maintain grounds, conduct repairs, and ensure cleanliness of the facility.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
- Knowledge of maintenance tasks and basic repair work.
