Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the medical team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act.
- Develop, evaluate, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain clinical competency to uphold the highest standards of practice.
- Ensure a safe and efficient patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
- Completion of orientation as per policy/procedures.
