Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD offers day and night shifts with varying hours.
Job Summary
The Nursing Graduate will provide patient care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals for quality care, and maintaining clinical competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
