Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure a safe patient care environment while adhering to established protocols and standards. Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with state regulations and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.
- Maintain competency in clinical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
