Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, offering day and night shifts with varying hours at the Grace Medical Center Emergency Room. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational guidelines. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining clinical competency to ensure quality care delivery in a safe environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completion of orientation according to policy/procedures.
