Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with both day and night shifts, including weekends. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room of Grace Medical Center, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver excellent patient care.
- Maintain clinical competency and a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certifications within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
