Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational standards.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain clinical competency to deliver care effectively and safely.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Valid RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications preferred.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
