Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in line with established protocols and practices. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours and requires a commitment to weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing care following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational guidelines.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
