Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health, specifically for the Grace Medical Center Emergency Room in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with day and night shifts requiring weekend commitment and varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and evaluating care plans based on patient needs, collaborating with healthcare professionals, maintaining clinical competency, and ensuring a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services nursing experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
- PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
